Paper Cut-Out Stamp- Chi-san

This is a new style! A little cartoon drawn character that seems to be a cut-out paper sticker. Paper Cut-Out Stamps, or PCS, is my name for them.

I'll be making a whole rainbow spectrum of them, starting with Thekittenfangirl's [link] character Chi.
